New Age manufacturers a variety of heavy duty alkaline cleaners designed for use in mechanized floor scrubbers or mop buckets.  Our products effectively clean the most difficult soils and grease and will not leave a tacky residue. Hard Surface Cleaners - 

This section of the industrial market has basically remained unchanged for years, as the chemistries used have remained relatively constant. This means that many of the problems faced 15 years ago still exist within the industry today. The cleaning problems are most are faced with are: short bath life; spotting; foaming; and poor overall general cleaning. The New Age team has researched the conditions causing these problems and developed a solution, and now offers a variety of low foaming cleaners that completely reject oil, withstand high temperatures, are low foaming at all temperatures, and offer rust protection. In addition, these products do not saponify the additives that are in the oil being removed, which often times is the main cause of poor cleaning. The New Age formulas are available in a variety of strengths, ranging from light duty to extreme heavy duty high alkaline products, as well as acid cleaners.

Vibratory and Burnishing Compounds -
This area has also not changed much in its chemistry over the years, with unresolved problems with poor cleaning, excessive foam, corrosion, poor finish, media loading, and waste disposal issues. An entirely new thought process led to the development of several unique New Age products which offer the following advantages:

• New Age compounds will not cause media loading, meaning that the media can be used until it is too small to cut, thus savings enormous amounts in media costs.
• Our surfactant package will effectively remove the most difficult soils without excessive foaming.
• New Age vibratory compounds contain an actual corrosion inhibitor and we do not rely on high alkalinity so solve this problem.
• Typically, in a vibratory process, zinc is very difficult to waste treat. Specific New Age compounds are formulated for zinc and will not chelate this metal, making it simple to waste treat.
• New Age compounds increase the “roll” in the equipment, shortening cycle times and improving surface finish.
