New Age has developed an extensive line of metal working fluids divided into a variety of categories assuring a fit for just about any application. Our product line includes more than a hundred formulations comprised of the following:

Coolants –
Traditional and non-traditional formulations for all types of metals and applications, including cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our formulas have excellent lubricity and extreme pressure properties with superior rust protection. We formulate traditional products that use chlorinated Paraffin for extreme pressure, as well as products containing high molecular weight polymers. These additives can be carried in either a mineral oil, or in a vegetable oil, depending on the particular customer needs. Categories of coolants include:

• Soluble Oils- Traditional and Bio-Stable
• Semi-Synthetic
• Full Synthetic

Slide-Way Lubricants - Our Slide-Way lubricants are formulated so as to not emulsify into the coolant, causing unwanted side issues like stickiness, foaming, rust, and dermatitis.

Stamping, Drawing, Cutting and Threading Fluids -
New Age manufactures a complete line of stamping and drawing fluids for all applications, which are either mineral oil or vegetable oil based, or full synthetic. Certain products are well suited for use on carbide laminated dies as they will not leach cobalt. In instances where one of our standard formulations simply does not produce the needed results, we will then design a product for that specific application.
