Gear Lubes, Penetrating Oils, and Chain Lubes -
New Age has introduced a very unique line of lubricants based on our newly developed soft metal carboxylate technology. These lubricants are available in mineral oil, PAO, or vegetable oil base stocks. Independent laboratory 4 ball wear and Timken data show that our unique additive package improves the lubricant significantly when compared to traditional sulfur/phosphorous technology.

Environmentally Friendly Lubricants -
New Age has developed and markets a line of environmentally safe lubricants using a high oleic acid vegetable oil base stock to formulate gear lubricants, hydraulic oils, and chain lubricants.

Pre-Paint Chemicals -
New Age has developed what we believe to be the finest, most effective, iron phosphatizer for use in a hand held pressure washer available on the market. The reason for this lies in the formulation itself.

Unlike other industrial chemicals, all phosphatizers are basically the same. They all utilize surfactants, mono sodium phosphate, an accelerator, and a dispersing agent. In all formulas, the pH, temperature, and concentration is critical for the conversion reaction to occur. The differences between our product and others lie in the surfactants and accelerator additives.

In a hand held pressure washer application, because the cleaning is done by an individual rather than by a conveyor washer where conditions are controlled, it is imperative that the chemical reactions take place quickly. Since phosphatizing cannot occur until the surface of the metal is oil and residue free, the choice of surfactants is critical. In this instance, we use a high emulsifying surfactant that has superior wetting and cleaning capabilities to quickly clean the surface so the chemical reaction can begin.

The second critical portion of our formula is the accelerator. In this area, New Age uses a unique approach to speed up the reaction time to compensate for the speed with which the operator moves the cleaning wand. Chemistry using this formulation results in maximum coating weights and paint adhesion.
